Pre-Event Testing (PET)
1. What is PET?
A Covid-19 test taken by all who wishes to enter a venue where selected events, businesses or activities are being held. The test could be either an ART (approximate 30 mins) or PCR (up to 48 hours). A negative test result is required within a specific period.
2. Why is PET required?
PET is required to reduce the risk of transmission and prevent Covid-19 outbreak. At the same time, events can resume safely.
3. Any exemptions available?
Yes. Exemptions are given to those who have completed the full Covid-19 vaccination with at least 2 weeks since the second dose.
4. When should I get tested?
You should get tested before the start of your visit to the event or activity and at most 24 hours before the end of your attendance at the event or activity.
