Funding for Health Screening
SME Health+
SME Health+ is Health Promotion Board’s new funding initiative. This grant supports Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in their health promotion journey. With the SME Health+ grant, companies can now conduct various health programmes to promote a healthier workplace.
The workplace is an important avenue for promoting the health of our team members. Companies can make a positive and tangible impact on employees’ health by nuturing healthy environments, good lifestyle habits and by providing health promotion programmes and services.
Who is it for?
SME Health+ is suitable for companies with either:
- Less than 200 staff, or
- Annual turnover less than SGD 100 million
What does it cover?
Companies can tap on the SME Health+ funding for 4 main areas:
- Chronic Disease Management
- Physical Activity
- Nutrition
- Mental Wellbeing
AcuMed provides health screening services, under the Chronic Disease Management framework of SME Health+. This includes:
- Health Screening
- BMI
- Blood Pressure
- Lipid Profile
- Fasting Blood Glucose
- One-to-one follow-up consultation session with our doctor
- Personalized session based on health screening results
- Health coaching to ensure you take charge of your health
Health screenings can be conducted onsite in the comfort of your premises, or in any of our clinics.
How much is it?
For eligible participants, the health screening services are free.
